Pelvic Floor – Real Time Ultrasound Biofeedback
By using real time ultrasound biofeedback you will be able to see your pelvic floor muscles contracting. You will then learn how to incorporate the principles of contracting the pelvic floor muscles whilst strengthening the core.

  • Learn how to correctly activate the pelvic floor muscles
  • Increase the strength and endurance of the pelvic floor muscles
  • Increase the tone in your deep “core” abdominal muscles
  • Learn safe exercises for the pelvic floor
